This Chicken Swiss Roll is a great way to help picky eaters enjoy their veggies! Plus, pumpkin is excellent for a dog’s digestive health. Ingredients:

Chicken breast
Pumpkin
Purple sweet potato

Tools:

Meat grinder
Steamer (or steaming pot)

Instructions:

Chicken breast with sweet potato and pumpkin in blenders, ground into three colorful meat pastes on a white plate.

1️⃣ Prepare all ingredients: Wash the pumpkin and purple sweet potato thoroughly.

2️⃣ Cut the chicken breast into small pieces for easier grinding.

3️⃣ Peel and deseed the pumpkin; peel the purple sweet potato, then cut both into small chunks.

4️⃣ Divide the chicken breast into three portions. Mix one portion with pumpkin and another with purple sweet potato.

5️⃣ Use a meat grinder to process each portion separately: First, grind the plain chicken breast into a fine paste. Then, grind the chicken and pumpkin together into a pumpkin-chicken paste, and finally, grind the chicken and purple sweet potato into a purple sweet potato-chicken paste.

6️⃣ Lay a piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Spread the plain chicken paste as the base layer, followed by the purple sweet potato-chicken layer, and finally, the pumpkin-chicken layer on top.
